Me: o_O Well I was going to negotiate a price we could both agree on but now I dont so much feel like it any more. (Its hard to make any cash as an artist as it is let alone having your fans cripple your chances of making anything at all.)

Why not try the Collaboration Forum? Express your fears about finding funds and all that, and hopefully someone can help.
If you are frank with yourself, then you can be frank with the people whom you ask for help.

Thats good advice but I find my self in between a rock and a hard place on the forums. I need to see art work related to my animation to know if it will fit well but some artist have it in there mind that I will steal the art o_O . . . Also though im looking for a simplistic art style it always seems to take a month just to get one background done. I dont mind working with the under dogs but finding some one who can pump out backgrounds in a timely manner seems to be impossible. So what I do is look in the ART section and come across things people have made. Oh well, Ill just keep making my own backgrounds until I can find some one. They may not be the best thing on this site but its better then nothing lol.
