First time iv every had some one trait up rip off one of my Characters. He had asked me what seemed to be 100 questions about Fay and how Fay came to be. So i told him and he repeats it back to me as if he lived my life o_O How low can you honestly get?

You watched FAY - Late for a date. In this Ep it hints at Fay being in a Coma and the world around him not being real. Your character just happens to be named KAY and mine is FAY. You even credit me as the inspiration but then turn around and say you cam up with KAY in 2012. My old depictions of fay has no ares or legs and Key just happened to have no arms and legs. Fay has dark heavy line under the eyes and Kay has dark heavy lines under the eyes.
I would not of cared as much if you didt lie to me and try to take full credit for an idea you simply didt have. If you would of said that the character was a parody of Fay then id be like what ever but you didt.
i only saw the task, aids scarf, and daddy's room. i swear i was not trying to copy you. i'm not really sure what part of her backstory im copying since i havent really made her a backstory yet. but you said its how she came to be. so i'm assuming its when i said she came from my not fitting in, but i was talking about myself. i used drawing anime as a coping skill. and i still do. in fact, i was thinking of renaming her Kaff anyway since my Ys looked like 2 Fs in 6th grade. plus, i got the idea of her falling in sleep paralysis from watching salad fingers. i honestly do not intend to copy you and i'm sorry that i hurt you with this misunderstanding. if you want, i will show you the script of the pilot to assure you that it's original. please reply when you see this.
Your just telling me the same story I told you. How can you lie to me when I know your lying? Salad fingers had nothing to do with being paralyzed. Nothing you say adds up and I found out im not the first person you have done this to. If you admire some ones work then thats fine but understand that Fay is very personal to me and you trying to emulate not only my style but my back story to how Fay came to be is so very disrespectful.
also, i credited you as inspiration, because i wanted to do it kind of like your art style. which is way i put the lines under her eyes.

Well its not up to me any more as a moderator is looking into it. Iv stayed up day and night learning how to animate so some day I could bring Fay to life so imagine How I feel when I see some one trying to emulate that. You are not me and you will never be me, Just be you and make things that come from you. I can tell you want to be an amazing artist and this is not the way to go about it.
plus, people can use the same idea if they want regardless. and again, if you want actual proof that it is original, i will send the script when i get home.
You can just make a scrips today and say it was from years ago. Are you really trying to tell me that you made a character who looks the same with the same story plot and backstory and shares a simaler name and I just happen to do the same thing? she didnt look the same at all when i first drew her. she was more anime-like. but i changed her to look more eerie. and i just wrote the script a few days ago.

Sit down with a pen and paper and think and draw. All artist copy work in one way or another but you need to add your self into it. Come up with new ideas to add to something you like. Im happy you like Fay. My idea to have hidden messages in the background came from Gravity falls but I didt just copy them word for work and stick them in my animation. I made my own that relate to me. You can never be proud of something you know you copied. ok?
and lemme stop to ask you, why should even be mad about how she came to be? its not like thats gonna have anything to do with the series. also, just because i draw like you, (which i dont even think i am since kaff and fay look nothing alike) doesn't mean im stealing.
Ugh. Because what your saying is not true your just telling my story. Tell your story even if its not horrific or inspiring, tell it because its yours.
stealing would be if your character looked exactly the same or if i traced your art or if i just straight up uploaded the animations from your channel, which im not doing
No stealing can also be the idea and story and Emulating would be a better word to use.
you say you're mad at how she came to be, but whats so bad about us going through the same thing as every one else? and again, how she came to be will have nothing to do with the story. our characters look nothing alike. yours has legs and arms, is blonde and wears a pink bow. mine is purposefully bland in color and has no arms or legs and the only thing she wears is a dress. if you must know, i was trying to make her like a human version of the pokemon Misdreavous. And the reason this idea came to me around the time of our first interaction is because your animations reminded me of david firth and i've always wanted to do something like he normally does, but more innocent

Do you have proof of when he asked a bunch of questions about your character? Private messages or anything? If so, you should take screenshots and send them to me or to Tom, so something can be done about this.
