So, some people can animate but cant draw and there are people who can draw but cant animate o_O huh

Oh, absolutely. That's not even weird.
Friend of mine on here can draw beautifully. Can't seem to piece together his work into an effective comic series, however. One could also make the correlation with a handful of educators. Most of us have had those who clearly know A LOT about what they were teaching, but they lack the ability to pass that on to their students, so, instead, the class wastes time with busy work and reading assignments straight out of the textbook. Then, there's the far more simplified example of sprite, clip art, and stick figure content (especially from NG movie submissions back in 2000 to 2002). Easy-to-animate/tween subjects doing a thing. No drawing talent necessary (but still appreciated).
